Information we collect
- Order details — your name, mobile number, email (optional), city and delivery address, used to process and deliver your order.
- Skin quiz answers — your selected skin type, concerns and preferences. These are stored anonymously to improve our recommendations and are not linked to your identity.
- Contact messages — the details you share when you write to us.
- Affiliate accounts — name, email, optional mobile number, payout details and an encrypted password.
- Referral visits — when you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the visit with a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we never store the raw IP), your browser type and the page visited.
How we use your information
- To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including contacting you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To recommend products suited to your skin.
- To credit affiliates fairly for the customers they refer and to pay their commissions.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Delivery partners receive only the details needed to deliver your parcel.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your shopping bag and login active, and a referral cookie (nq_ref) that remembers which affiliate referred you for 30 days. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data security & retention
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including our team. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
